This policy explains how Jessalyn James, trading as Sophie AI Strategist (“we”, “us”), collects, uses and protects your information when you use sophieaistrategist.com or buy from us. Sophie AI Strategist is a sole proprietorship operated by Jessalyn James, and messages you receive may be identified by either name.

• Purchase information - what you bought and when. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach us.
• Usage information - pages visited and whether emails were opened, so we know what is useful.

• To reply to you by email, phone or text using the details you gave us
• To send marketing messages, only where you ticked the box asking for them
• To meet our legal and tax obligations

Text messaging

If you provide your mobile number and tick a consent box, we may send you text messages of the type you agreed to. Service messages and marketing messages are separate consents. Opting out of one does not opt you out of the other, and you can stop either at any time.

How long we keep it

For as long as you are a customer or subscriber, and afterwards only as long as we must for tax and legal records. Ask us to delete your information and we will, except where we are required to keep it.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from email using the link in any email
• Stop texts by replying STOP, or by telling us
• Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected]

Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
